FLAVOR COMPOSITION FOR DECREASING IRRITAION BY WHITNER AND INCREASING MOUTHFEEL WITH FLAVOR IN TOOTHPASTE USING PEROXIDE AND SODIUM BICARBONATE AS WHITNERS

PURPOSE: A perfume composition containing a green scent and apple scent is provided which has an effect on reducing irritation of skin whitening agent and improving flavor in toothpaste composition using peroxide and sodium bicarbonate as a whitening agent. CONSTITUTION: The perfume composition comprises: (a) trans-2-hexenal and hexanol; (b) isoamyl alcohol; or all of (a) and (b); and optionally a mint flavor. The trans-2-hexenal and hexanol are preferably used by combining one or more green notes such as -terpineole, hexanal, cis-3-hexenal, trans-2-hexenol, cis-3-hexenol, cis-3-hexenal-1-ol, hexyl acetate, hexyl butyrate, cis-3-hexenol acetate or the like. The isoamyl alcohol is preferably used by combining one or more apple scents such as acetaldehyde, acetic acid, propionic acid, formic acid, butyric acid or the like.
