PURPOSE: Provided are Y-shaped structure elements and a process for piling by using the same, and a process for building earth-based structure to form the structure such as pile, retaining wall, riverbank by connecting three steel-concrete panels. CONSTITUTION: The Y-shaped structure element(100) has 'Y' shaped cross-section containing a first to a third steel-concrete panels(105,106,107) having tapered from center to end parts. Peripheral edges(110,111,112) of three panels(105,106,107) have a first to a third tubular passages(115,116,117), respectively. The panels are jointed at desired angles together to form a connection(120). Such connection also has a central tubular passage(125) and a centered groove(130). The panels have a first to a third grooves(131,132,133) at upper parts of the edges(110,111,112). Two of high-pressure hoses are easily closed to the passages(115,116,117,125).
