PURPOSE: A jig for the manufacture of a cosmetics refill case and the manufactured refill case are provided to achieve the mass production of the cosmetics refill case, and to simplify the assembly process thereof, thus reducing a labor cost. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetics refill case consists of a transparent hexahedral outer shell(31) made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate; a body(32) formed with a mounting groove(34) for a cosmetics filling dish and a thin magnet(35) for holding a cover member(33) in a closed condition; and the cover member rotatably coupled with the body at a desired distance and formed with a thin metal plate corresponding to the thin magnet of the body.
