Production method of sweetener using stevioside for home use

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of a sweetener for domestic use by using stevioside with glucose. Therefore, the sugar content of the sweetener is increased 1-50 times as high as sugar. CONSTITUTION: The production method is characterized by mixing 1-50 wt.% of stevioside or enzyme treated stevioside, 50-99 wt.% of powdery(non crystalline phase) glucose. Further, 5 wt.% of powdery glycine and 2 wt.% of dietary salt are added. The mixture is granulated and dried to be a sweetener.
