PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing instant healthy food product for diet by immature barley powder prepared by boiling immature barley with loess water then followed by drying and pulverizing it. Therefore, the instant healthy food product prevent adult diseases and obesity. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: sterilizing loess then powdering it into a size of 1000mesh or more; preparing loess water by mixing the loess powder in water; boiling immature barley and other grains(black bean, job's tear, brown rice, vegetables, medicinal herbs, seaweed etc.) in the loess water respectively then followed by drying them in the shade and pulverizing them; mixing the prepared ingredients above.
