PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a structure of an electron emitter stack for a FED(Field Emission Display) panel are provided to reduce the separation of a carbon nano tube in a cathode surface in the operation of the FED panel by increasing the sticking between the carbon nano tube and the cathode surface. CONSTITUTION: A cathode layer(66) is screen-printed on an insulating substrate(68) which is a glass substrate. The cathode layer(66) is made of materials selected from a group consisting of ITO(Indium-Tin-Oxide), aluminum, molybdenum, silver, and nickel. An adhesion layer(62), which is made of adhesive materials having excellent wetting due to a nano tube applied to all the upper and lower portions of the cathode layer(66), is screen-printed on an upper portion of the cathode layer(66). A nano tube emitter layer(64) is deposited on an upper portion of the adhesion layer(62).
