PURPOSE: Provided is a novel method for high-throughput screening and functional analysis of genes using an antisense multi-macroarray consisting of large closed single-stranded antisense DNA molecules having effective antisense activity and excellent stability. CONSTITUTION: The novel method for high-throughput screening and functional analysis of genes using antisense library consisting of unigene antisense molecules comprises the steps of: manufacturing unigene antisense molecules massively to consist a plurality of multi-macroarrays; inoculating a single disease or a specific cell line into each well of a well plate; forming an antisense molecule-vector complex; and transfecting a single cell line with the complex for functional analysis of genes.
