PURPOSE: Marinated ribs using an aloe juice are provided, thereby improving the taste and flavor of the ribs, tenderizing meat and decreasing the cholesterol level. CONSTITUTION: The marinated ribs using an aloe juice are produced by washing an aloe leaf; cutting and peeling it to obtain aloe gel; washing the aloe gel and pulverizing it using a pulverizer; filtering the pulverized aloe gel to produce an aloe juice; mixing a pear juice, sugars, a refined rice wine, a soy sauce, an onion juice, starch syrup, sesame seeds, pepper powders and sesame oil; adding the aloe gel into the mixture in the ratio of 1:1 and mixing them; and adding 10% of the aloe juice into the mixture.
