PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning optical elements is provided to micromachine a fine aperture of an optical connector in mass production for use in an optical communication module. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for aligning optical elements in mass production includes a fixing member(10) for fixing the optical elements in a line, a low melting point alloy fixing member(20) for preventing the fixed optical elements from moving, a low melting point alloy injection device(30) for supplying the low melting point alloy thereinto by melting the low melting point alloy fixing member(20) with a heater and a tension controller(40) for keeping the fixing member(20) to be aligned with the low melting point alloy injection device(30) by controlling the tension value. Therefore, the apparatus is capable of easily working during the mass production and improving the productivity.
