PURPOSE: An apparatus for picking sample in a raw material stirring vacuum tank is provided which has not any danger that a tank filled with flammable gas is exploded, and which is capable of picking the sample as the inner part of the tank is being maintained in the vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for picking sample in a raw material stirring vacuum tank comprises a casing(10) which is projected into the raw material stirring vacuum tank(42), the lower part of which is opened, and to the upper side of which a holder(16) is fixed; a shaft(20) which is penetrated into the casing, and on the upper side of which a screw part(22) is formed so that the shaft is vertically moved as the shaft is being coupled to the holder when rotating a handle(24) adhered onto the upper part of the shaft; a valve seat(102) which is adhered onto the lower part of the shaft and opens or closes the lower part of the casing; and a pipe body in which a gas injection pipe(50a) equipped with a switching valve(52) and a sample discharge pipe(50b) equipped with a switching valve(34) are integrally formed in a "U" shape is installed at both sides of the tank, wherein the valve seat(102) is formed in an arrow form, a hole is formed at the central part of the pipe body, and the apparatus further comprises a cleaning solution storage can(46) formed on one side of the gas injection pipe.
