Transfected cell line which can be used for mass screening of the expression of osteoblast specific transcription factor Runx2 and use thereof

PURPOSE: Provided are a transfected cell line which can be used for quantitatively screening of the expression of osteoblast specific transcription factor Runx2 and its use for the detection of an osteogenesis accelerator. CONSTITUTION: The transfected cell line(KCTC 0929BP) is manufactured by transfecting a host cell selected from MC3T3-E1, ROS 17/2.8 and C2C12 cell with p6xOSE2-Lux expression vector. The expression vector contains the nucleotide sequence of 6xOSE2 oligomer represented by the SEQ ID NO:2 and luciferase gene. The expression of Runx@ is measured by measuring luciferase activity of the transfected cell line.
