PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing foods using a pork skin as a main ingredient hygienically. The manufactured foods are easily stored, therefore everybody can take it whenever and wherever. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing foods using a pork skin is characterized by comprising the steps of; removing hair and the hypoderm from a pork skin; washing it with flowing water; cutting it into a shape of a circle, a square, a rectangular square, etc.; marinating the cut pieces with various sauce at low temperature of 10 deg. C for 24 hours; steaming them for 1 hour; and vacuum packing them.
