Environment Control System of Outdoors Base Station and Environment Control Method

PURPOSE: An environment management system of an outdoor base station is provided to add a function of storing environmental information to a base station, and to add a cold starter applying a DC power according to reference temperature, not to damage a base station system, thereby reducing influences on the system owing to environmental changes. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(240) senses environmental changes such as temperature, humidity, fire, flooding, and opening/closing of a door of a base station(200). A heater controller(210) controls temperature according to an internal environment of the sensed base station(200). A main processor(260) receives environmental information of the sensed base station(200), or controls peripheral devices. A DC power supply controller(250) controls an intercepting and a supplying of an output DC power of a rectifier(300) rectifying a supplied AC power to the DC power according to the internal temperature. A data storage(230) stores the environmental information of the base station(200). An upper system interface(270) transmits the environmental information to an upper system under control of the main processor(260).
