HEALTH FOOD USING BIO-SALTS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a health food using bio-salts as a main ingredient and its manufacturing method. The health food is used as a substitute for dietary salts and promotes health. CONSTITUTION: The health food is manufactured by the steps of: dissolving naturally sun-dried salt in water for 24 hours; collecting a solution which contains dirts free dissolved salts and mixing it with Bio-powders; collecting salt crystals by heat-drying the mixed solution; roasting the salt crystals in a clay pot at 700 deg.C for 24 hours to remove dirts; drying and powdering a lump of the sa mixing the powders with powders of pine tree, Quercus serrata and bamboo, silver powders and bio-powders; roasting the mixed powders in a clay pot at 700 deg.C for 24 hours; and drying and powdering a lump of the salt.
