PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a glass of a liquid crystal display is provided to reduce a checking time of the entire system by embodying rough and minuteness inspection of an LCD glass through one device and deciding a position of a stage rapidly and accurately using a linear motor. CONSTITUTION: An inspection objected glass(50) is received on a stage(51) capable of being moved vertically and horizontally. An illumination unit(60) outputs a light for lighting the glass(50). An internal reflection mirror(52) reflects the generated light to the glass(50). A Fresnel lens(53) is mounted at the upper side of the stage(51) and focuses the light reflected in the internal reflection mirror(52) to the glass(50). A microscope(54) is moved linearly at the upper portion of the stage(51) and senses a defect of the glass(50). A stage-driving unit moves the stage(51) vertically and horizontally. A tilting/yawing-driving unit tilts and yaws the stage(51) vertically and horizontally. A clamping unit supports the glass(50) received on the stage(51). A feeding robot loads or unloads the glass(50) on the stage(51).
