SEMI-HARD POLYURETHANE FOAM COMPOSITION FORMING INTEGRAL SKIN FOAM AND INTEGRAL SKIN POLYURETHANE FOAM PRODUCED FROM THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a composition for forming a semi-hard polyurethane foam of integral skin foam having thick and smooth surface, and soft and elastic inside, and an integral skin polyurethane foam produced from the same. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) mixing 20-200 parts by weight of isocyanate composition as a main component, with 100 parts by weight of polyol composition as a hardener, wherein the polyol composition comprises 1-15 parts by weight of chain extender having hydroxyl group or amine group and 1-20 parts by weight of other additives with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyol prepolymer, and the isocyanate composition comprises at least one selected from the group isocyanate, modified isocyanate, and polyisocyanate prepolymer, and the isocyanate prepolymer comprises 15-26 wt% of isocyanate group with respect to 100 wt% of polyisocyanate prepolymer' and (ii) adding 0.1-20.0 parts by weight(based on 100 parts by weight of polyol or isocyanate of the composition) of azo compound which is a foaming agent, wherein the azo compound is added to polyol composition, or isocyanate composition, or polyol composition and isocynate composition respectively.
