The present invention is characterized in that the strains isolated from oil-contaminated soils are first screened through the enrichment culture DCPIP test, and the strains showing rapid growth under the condition of using oil as the only carbon source among the strains. The present invention relates to a method for producing an oily strain and a novel strain Spingomonas D3K1 prepared by the method, which is stable and is used for the decomposition of pollutants containing oils and hardly degradable hydrocarbons as sources. There is a significant effect of providing environmentally friendly water quality and soil purification methods.
