PURPOSE: Provided is a bed equipped with a fixture frame to simply exercise pushing up and to reinforce physical strength on front framework of the bed without requiring alternative exercising goods. CONSTITUTION: The bed comprises an upper frame consisting of a reel(R) to guide a wire(24) having a handle(24a) outside a pad(21) secured on center of an ankle support(23) and a supporting rod(25) crosswise integrated with a supporting bar(22); a lower frame consisting of two reels(R') to wind the wire(24) inside a fixing pipe(28) and an elastic spring(26) fused to inner side of the reel(R') and a rectangular housing(29) to protect the elastic spring(26) integrated together; an exercising device(30) for training abdominal muscle and for reinforcing physical strength engaged to a mattress supporting plate(43).
