The present invention is a reversing device operating mechanism mounted on a vehicle for use in hardening construction by reversing the reinforcement tube at the start of the manhole inlet of the maintenance target pipes in various industrial pipes. By lowering and tilting at the desired angle to place the pneumatic separation inverter in the manhole, it prevents the loss of steam heat and reinforcing material during hardening, and the road occupancy time of the inverter and boiler vehicle as well as the convenience and safety of construction.
