The vertical movement-type inversion tube inversion apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a fixed frame having an inner space which is open in the up and down directions; a vertical movement frame which has an inner space through which an inversion tube can pass up and down, is introduced through the top of the fixed frame so as to move up and down within a preset range, and is provided with fastening bars, to which the ends of an unimpregnated portion of the inversion tube are coupled, at the top thereof; an upper opening/closing means which is installed in the vertical movement frame and opens/closes an internal flow path at one point in the unimpregnated portion that passes through the vertical movement frame; a lower opening/closing means which is installed on the lower side in the fixed frame, and opens/closes an internal flow path at a point in the unimpregnated portion spaced downward from the point opened/closed by the upper opening/closing means; and a compressed air supply means for supplying compressed air between the point opened/closed by the upper opening/closing means and the point opened/closed by the lower opening/closing means in the internal flow path of the unimpregnated portion.
