FIELD: polymerization catalysts and processes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of polyolefins in presence of high- efficiency HOMOGENEOUS catalytic systems based on IVB-group metallocene complexes and organoaluminum compounds. Catalytic system in question is dialkyl bis(2-arylindenyl) complexes of IVB-group metals and trialkylaluminum at Al/M ratio from 50 to 500. Basically new two-component catalytic system allows one to use low concentrations of metallocene complexes. EFFECT: increased catalytic activity.
