FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring normal tissue pressure in experimental animal liver. 70% alcohol solution is injected under ultrasonic control. Focal hepatic lesion availability is determined at the fortieth day. Tissue pressure measurement is carried out by doing punctures in moving towards lesion focus in frontal and sagittal plane. The changed hepatic tissue boundary is determined by detecting deviations from the normal value. EFFECT: high accuracy of examination.
