METHOD FOR ASCERTAINING AUTHORIZED ENTRY IN ISSUER SYSTEM BY MEANS OF ISSUER CARD AND CONTROL OF ISSUER SERVICES IN REMOTE COMMUNICATIONS MODE; CARD FOR AUTHORIZING USER RESPONSE IN REMOTE COMMUNICATIONS MODE FOR CONTROLLING SERVICES OF CARD ISSUER

FIELD: cards for effecting payments by phone or Internet and control of their amounts. SUBSTANCE: method involves use of issuer card for ascertaining authorized entry in issuer system and controlling card issuer services in remote communications mode. Card bears identification number and more than one section with unique pin- codes and respective identification labels or serial numbers opposite each pin-code; each of the latter provides for controlling actions of card issuer system. Card user establishes communications with mentioned issuer system, records card identification number, removes coating from section on card surface bearing pin-code, and indicates combination of pin-code characters; mentioned system compares identification number of card and pin-code with data available in data base on pin-codes corresponding to given identification number; if this pin-code is found to correspond to card identification number, system functions as requested. In the process, upon recording card identification number issuer system indicates serial number or identification label of one of pin-codes on card surface, card user removes coating from pin-code section opposing serial number or identification label submitted by issuer system and indicates pin-code combination; issuer system executes action requested upon ascertaining correspondence between mentioned pin-code and card identification number and serial number or identification label corresponding to this pin-code.
