METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PROLONGLY UNHEALING PURULENT-NECROTIC WOUNDS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: primary surgical treatment is carried out. It is performed extensive layer-by-layer infiltration of soft tissues along the periphery of wound under pressure. One should use ozonized physiological solution at 1.0-1.5 mg/l concentration at 1ml/1cm³ tissue. True limits of tissue viability should be revealed and purulent-necrotic wound is resected within these limits. The method enables to decrease local hypoxia.
