METHOD FOR TREATING TROPHIC ULCERS, INFECTED AND PROLONG UNHEALING WOUNDS OF LOWER LIMBS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: a patient is affected with centrifugal forces in head-lower limbs direction by gradually increasing a centrifuge's rotation rate from 28-36 rot/min up to 36-45 rot/min. Due to the action of centrifugal forces at maximal pressure gradient at the level of lower limbs one should observe the distribution of blood with its predominant drainage in legs, thus, collateral circulation is enhanced and limbs' microcirculation is improved. Seances are carried out for 10-15 min once or twice daily. There are about 10-20 seances, totally. Before and after a seance one should obtain a photoplethysmogram for toes to evaluate peripheral circulation and quantitatively determine the loading. The method enables to increase regional circulation due to higher inflow of arterial blood, widening of collateral vessels and higher volumetric circulation rate that leads to improved trophics of lower limbs.
