The thin layers structure of a sensor contains a multiple layer system with an increased magnetoresistive effect, which is a spin a function of the electron scattering at a boundary surface (r1, r2), as well as diffuse scattering of not - reflected electrons shows. The spin as a function of reflecting boundary surface (r1, r2) should be between adjacent layers (m1, z or m2, z) made of a magnetic or not - magnetic material, wherein the materials to each other, which is adapted to the grating dimensions, and are not - are miscible. The layers (m1, m2) of magnetic material are preferably in spin selectively reflecting and scattering areas.
