An arrangement for storing medicines and reminding users when they need to be taken, consists of a pack with individual pockets, arranged longitudinally. The arrangement (1) has a guide in the form of a circular section, and an advancing unit which steps the pack (2) along to a removal point (5) where the medicine can be pressed out at right angles to the guide direction, through a window (7).
