Digital control system for model vehicles, especially model locomotives, in which the control of several vehicles on a common route system, preferably rail system, is possible via periodic scanning of the transmission channel. During control from a larger number (Y) of data blocks, a smaller number (X) of data blocks is selected, the signals of which are preferably transmitted. Scanning of the preferred data blocks (X) is carried out quicker than with the remaining data blocks (Y-X).
