The sunshade has a roller body (6) that is fitted in the sunshade body (1) and on which several reelable thin film elements on a bearer material (7) with different functions as solar cells for energy supply, as energy storage devices and as energy loads (5b) can be reeled in and out. The sunshade has a pivot bearing near the upper longitudinal edge that can be removed from the vehicle and a recess in the inner side of the sunshade for accommodating at least one flat component with solar modules, a rechargeable energy storage device and a plug connector.
