The logic circuit device (1) has at least one magnetoresistive element (2) with hard magnetic and soft magnetic layers and an associated conductor (3) with at least 2 signal terminals (A,B) for providing a magnetic field for switching the magnetization of the soft magnetic layer of the magnetoresistive element. The latter has at least one further magnetic layer, providing a magnetic offset field affecting the magnetization of the soft magnetic layer.
