The present invention relates to self-cleaning surfaces, texturizing components to their production and process for their preparation. Dollars a the economic significance of the objects which is equipped with self-cleaning surfaces is ever increasing. It is therefore the object of the further developments in this area, self-cleaning surfaces in a simple manner to provide a better itself cleaned the effect of serving as the previously known surfaces. Dollars a in the present invention, this object is achieved in that the texturizing components described and with the use of the self-cleaning hydrophobic surfaces are produced, the particles with a size in the micrometer range have to submicrometer range, which in turn have a fissured structure in the nanometer range.
