The device comprises a controller (4) for controlling the temperature in a reaction chamber (3) which houses a vessel (13) supported on a tray (5) which is slidably mounted on a slide (6). Front and rear covers (10,11) close the chamber (3) tightly, when the tray is inserted and pulled out from the chamber, respectively. Magnets (8,9) hold the chamber in tightly closed state by moving cover (11).
