The cabinet has a viewing window (23,27) and two apertures (36) through which it is visually and manually accessible. Fixed in the workspace is an abrasive blasting nozzle (51) which utilizes abrasive media recirculated from a collecting chamber. Mounted in the cabinet is a gauze screen (171) secured in a pivoting frame (173,174). The screen is allowed to move between a raised position giving a clear view of the work, and a forward position protecting the viewing window from damage by abrasive particles.
