The primary portion (36) of an electric cable connected between a blade (3) and a hub (9), has spare portion (52) wound in S-shape around a pair of reels. The reels are mounted at the ends of a pair of pins (15) so that withdrawal of the blade pin and corresponding reel, releases the spare portion from wound state, to allow the blade to fold back.
