The heating body block is designed so that the tubes (1) subjected to the through flow of fluid open out in to the inlet and outlet collection chambers (8,9,13). The control unit for the heating elements (2) contains an electronic power structural unit (16), which is arranged at one side of the heating block. The collection chambers (8,9,13) are arranged collectively at one side of the heating block.
