The spool (11) carries a reserve of supporting line (5) and is able to rotate on top of a flange (26) with one or more lugs (27) round its edge. It has an upper hollow projection (25) and is suspended by a closed wire loop (4) with upper (15), side (16, 17) and lower (18) branches, suspended from a carrier line (3) between posts. The two ends of the loop are located at the top and are joined by a hook (21) on one engaging with the other, the elasticity of the wire being sufficient to hold it in place.
