PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of being retrofitted to a diesel engine during the process of use and capable of improving both fuel consumption and output performance while premixing fuel into intake air so as to make the fuel burn concurrently with the combustion of main injection fuel at a combustion stroke and suppressing the generation of black smoke and nitrogen oxides included in emission gas. SOLUTION: Part of air compressed by an air compressor 1 is controlled by a pressure control device 4, an electromagnetic valve 2 and a pressure relief valve 5, and fed to a pressure tank 6. Auxiliary fuel is fed into the air compressor 1, stirred and mixed with the air within the air compressor 1 so as to be turned into a gaseous mixture, which is jetted from a spraying nozzle 11 into the suction pipe 12 of the engine. The concentration of the gaseous mixture is automatically regulated for the purpose of reaching its highest value during acceleration, being suppressed during high output, and being made much lower at idling. The gaseous mixture is sucked into the engine and made to burn with the injection fuel.
