PURPOSE:To provide a power system for ropeless micromachine having no possibility of power deficiency. CONSTITUTION:A micromachine unit 1 is irradiated with a plurality of types of energy beam including light beam, microwave, and sound wave, and comprises a plurality of types of energy beam-power converters, e.g. a photovoltaic element 3, a microwave-power converter 51, and an acoustovoltaic element 6, for receiving the energy beam and converting the energy beam into power.
