PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable thermal fusion above a heat softening point of a fusion layer material at a stage at which a deflection yoke coil is wound, and moreover, prevent the temporarily thermally fused coil from being thermally deformed even if heated at a thermal fusion temperature by providing a fusion layer consisting of a copolymer polyamide resin of a specific melting point and an oxidation inhibitor on an insulation skin membrane of an enamel wire. ;SOLUTION: In an enamel wire or the like, a fusion layer preferably consists of an oxidation inhibitor of 0.3 to 5.0 pts.wt. being compounded in a copolymerized polyamide resin of 100 pts.wt. of 100 to 150°C in softening point. As the oxidation inhibitor, a phenol based oxidation inhibitor is preferable, and in particular, 4,4-thiobis(6-tertiary butyl-3-methyl phenol) is more preferable. In a relationship between a thermal softening point (t) of the copolymer polyamide resin and a melting point (m) of the oxidation inhibitor, mt is preferable.
