PURPOSE: To stabilize cultivations of all plants with enhanced drought resistance or salt tolerance of the plants in a practical and safe method by administering an amino acid fermentation solution obtained by using amino acid fermentation bacteria. ;CONSTITUTION: By administering an amino acid fermentation solution to a plant during its growing and developing period, the plant can be soundly grown even when the plant is put in water stress and can be grown and developed in a state nearly equal to a cultivation in a sound soil condition, even in the soil with a high salt concentration. The amino acid fermentation solution is obtained by fermenting a source solution containing sugar, urea and/or an ammonium salt and an yeast extract. As microorganisms used for the amino acid fermentation, Corynebacterium, Bacillus, Brevibacterium and Serratia, etc., are cited. The sum total concentration of amino acids in the amino acid fermentation solution during spraying is preferably 5-200ppm.
