PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level judging device, a remote education device, and a remote education system enabling easy generation of tests meeting user's level and enabling accurate judgement of user's level by the test meeting the level.;SOLUTION: In the level judging device, a plurality of questions, answers to the questions, and question ranks indicating the difficulty level are correspondingly stored, and also a by-level question setting managing table specifying, for each level of the test presented to a user (a learner), from which question rank and how many questions are to be set is stored in a test data storing section 24. A test generating section, based on the level of an educational course for which the learner registers and a by-level question setting information table, extracts questions out of the test data storage section 24 to generate a test. A judging section judges whether the answers from the learner to the test are correct or not, and judges the level of the learner according to the result of judgement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
