PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide commodity information suitable for a consumer by analyzing and surveying the latent needs of the market taking the sensitivity of the consumer as a factor.;SOLUTION: In the coordinates contained in sensitivity age and sensitivity taste tendency, the vertical axis Y expresses the sensitivity age as a tendency from the immature to the mature in order, and a horizontal axis expresses a taste tendency of sensitivity as a tendency from conservative to progressive. The coordinates are divided into nine regions of two or more sensitivity stages A, R, F, M, PT, C, PC according to the sensitivity age and the sensitivity taste tendency to classify the sensitivity stage of the consumer. When the classification is difficult, the sub-sensitivity stages are provided and the sensitivity stage of the consumers is analyzed taking the actual age as a factor so as to provide commodity information suitable for the consumer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
