PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste discrimination device, a taste discrimination method, a taste discrimination program and an electroencephalogram analysis method, simply discriminating the taste and/or physiological condition of a subject by measuring brain waves using a simple electroencephalograph causing no loaded on the subject.;SOLUTION: A stimulus generating part 7 generates a stimulus with subject's favorite smell. The simple electroencephalograph 2 measures the electroencephalogram of the applied subject. A data matrix creating part 51 in a processing part 5 performs frequency analysis using fast Fourier transform using the measured electroencephalogram data. The data matrix creating part 51 creates data matrix in which the row is time and the column is frequency component from the electroencephalogram data subjected to fast Fourier transform. A feature value extract part 52 extracts feature values from the created data matrix by factor analysis.
