PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopping board sanitary and easy to use leading to an effective use of resources by making only the cooking surface of the chopping board a disposable sheet, and to provide a chopping board sheet mounting base, and an economical chopping board sheet sufficiently usable to general cooking even with a small thickness.;SOLUTION: The chopping board comprises the chopping board sheet mounting base formed of a mounting part 2 for placing the chopping board sheet 1 and a fixing means 3 for fixing the chopping board sheet 1, and the chopping board sheet mounted thereon. The chopping board sheet mounting base comprises a cooking material placing part 10 formed by extending the end of the mounting part 2 or fixing means 3 of the chopping board sheet mounting base, or a falling preventive part 11 for a cooked material formed by protruding the end upward.
