Simple model track inspection car and its split manner

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized and lightweight track inspection car which passes freely from hindrance through the branched point of a rail through the traveling at a low speed by the hand pushing operation, measures all five items of the rail discrepancy quantity, and converts each discrepancy quantity in passing and height to 10m chord, and outputs each discrepancy quantity data, and to provide a dividing method. ;CONSTITUTION: A railroad measuring vehicle is equipped with a turning beam FR₁ and a standard beam FR₂ which are arranged in parallel directly over both rails RL₁ and RL₂ and each of which has the traveling wheel parts 4A-4D which constitute a measurement chord Lg of 1.25m at both the ends, and spring whose one end is fixed at the center part of the standard beam and the other end axially supports the center part of the turning beam and pushes the turning beam outward, and a stopper for restricting the turn in the horizontal plane of the turning beam in a fine angle, and further equipped with an extensible/contractible joint beam FR₃. Further, the car body is divided to two parts by a dividing mechanism installed on the joint beam, and a data processing part and an electric power source part are separated, and each handling is facilitated, and further, the divided joint beam is tentatively fixed on the turning beam, and a handle for pushing by hands is tentatively fixed with the standard beam, and the compact constitution is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
