PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing a concrete structure by a reinforcing fiber-containing material and capable of preventing the peeling of the reinforcing fiber-containing material, maximally utilizing the strength of the reinforcing fiber-containing material to simply perform sufficient reinforcement, and the reinforcing fiber-containing material and a reinforced structure.;SOLUTION: The method for reinforcing the concrete structure includes a process for providing the reinforcing fiber-containing material on the surface of the concrete structure through a cushioning material of which the elongation at the time of maximum load in tension at 23°C is 10-200% and the tensile strength at 23°C is 0.1-50 N/mm2. The reinforcing fiber-containing material for reinforcing the concrete structure used in the reinforcing method contains a sheet wherein a large number of reinforcing fiber yarns are parallelly arranged.
