PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fiber material for repairing and reinforcing concrete structure, capable of giving a high strength to the structure, free from problem such as shortened holdtime (time serviceable) likely when matrix resin is contained, embodied light in the weight and excellent in the draping characteristics at the time of executing the works, free from biting-in of the air to the structural mass, capable of well complying with any unflatness, free of temperature dependency in any environment at the time of executing works, and ensuring easiness in executing works. ;SOLUTION: A uni-directional reinforcing fiber material for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure is formed so that a coarse sheeting thermoplastic resin fibers is arranged at least on one surface of a reinforcing fiber sheet in which fibers are drawn for alignment in one direction and that the two are fusion attached by heat. When the fiber material 2 is to be adhered to the concrete structure 1, no impregnation with matrix resin has been made, and good easiness in executing works is available. The impregnation of the fiber material with matrix resin is made in such a way as springing out the resin for the under-layer, so that bubbles in the fiber layer are expelled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
