PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fiber material for repairing and reinforcing concrete structure, capable of giving a high strength to the structure, embodied in a lightweight construction, excellent in the draping characteristics, free of temperature dependency, and ensuring easiness in executing works. ;SOLUTION: A uni-directional reinforcing fiber material 2 for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure is formed so that reinforcing fibers drawn for alignment in one direction are bound locally by a thermoplastic resin binder of a resin content between 0.1 and 15wt.% while the form of sheet is maintained. When the fiber material 2 is to be adhered to the concrete structure 1, no impregnation with matrix resin has been made, and good easiness in executing works is available. The impregnation of the fiber material with matrix resin is made in such a way as springing out the resin for the under-layer, so that bubbles in the fiber layer are expelled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
