PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the warping of an arm in manufacturing an automobile outside handle device, without decreasing the mechanism strength of the arm. ;SOLUTION: An automobile outside handle device is provided with a pair of arms 62 for a handle 55, each of which has a guide 63 connected to a catch 60, a middle 64 connected to the guide 63 in a bent condition and a connection 65 formed at the end of the middle 64. A U-shaped cutout 66 is formed by the guide 63, the middle 64 and the connection 65 of each arm and a through- hole is formed in the connection 65 of each arm, in which a shaft is mounted. A recess 69 apart from the inside face of each arm 62 is formed at the upper part of the through-hole 68 in the connection 65. In manufacturing the handle 55, a fixed-type holding protrusion is engaged with the recess 69 of the connection 65 of the arm 62 to prevent the warping of the arm 62 when a sliding mold 90 is separated therefrom.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
