PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of continuing a long term operation while holding stable productivity of a high level even in rapid drawing with excellent impregnancy of molten resin in an obtained long fibre reinforced-rein structure. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a long fiber-reinforced resin structure reinforced by a reinforcing fiber bundle 3 comprising the steps of passing the bundle 3 extended in a single direction via an impregnating tank 1, and impregnating the bundle 3 with molten resin 2 of thermoplastic resin stored in the tank 1 during its period while opening the bundle 3 to pull to align it in a single direction, an introducing guide 1c having a curved surface 1d extended over interior and exterior of the resin 2 is provided at a boundary between the resin 2 and the exterior at a reinforcing fiber bundle inlet 1b of the tank 1, the bundle 3 is slid along the surface 1d of the guide 1c and opened, introduced into the resin 2, and the fibers of the bundle 3 are impregnated therebetween with the resin 2.
